- Post real inventory and real requirements only.
- Keep listing details (price, availability, status) up to date.
- Don't impersonate another broker or claim listings that aren't yours.
Accountability
- Respond to deal room messages within a reasonable time.
- Mark dead deals as dead — don't ghost. Behavioural score depends on it.
- Leave honest feedback after every closed or dead deal.
Consequences
Violations reduce your reputation score and may result in suspension. Repeated or serious violations result in permanent removal from the network.
