What we collect
Profile data you provide (name, phone, email, company, active localities, optional RERA), content you post (listings, requirements, messages), behavioural signals (response time, deal stage progression), and standard device data.
How we use it
- To match listings and requirements between verified brokers.
- To compute your trust, profile, and behavioural scores.
- To send transactional notifications about matches, deal rooms, and account activity.
- To improve our matching engine and product.
Sharing & contact controls
Your phone number is never visible to other brokers until both parties in a deal room mutually agree to share contact details. We never sell broker data. We do not run consumer lead-gen funnels on top of broker data.
Storage & security
Data is stored on managed infrastructure in India. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised PropMesh staff and protected by RLS policies on every table.
Your rights
- Access, correct, or export your data.
- Delete your account — your posts are removed, deal history is anonymised.
- Withdraw consent for non-essential notifications at any time.
