Every request submitted through /join is reviewed manually within 2–3 business days. We look for:
- A verifiable phone number and email.
- A company or independent practice with a public footprint.
- At least one active locality the broker actually operates in.
- A clear reason for joining and a baseline of professionalism.
Profile verification
- Phone OTP verification on every account.
- Profile photo and company added during onboarding.
- Optional RERA number boosts profile score and unlocks a verified badge.
- Active localities cross-checked against early deal activity.
Professional standards
Every member is expected to operate by our Community Guidelines: real inventory, accurate requirements, honest pricing, timely responses, and respectful behaviour in deal rooms.
Ongoing trust
- Trust score updates with every interaction — response time, listing quality, feedback.
- Repeated ghosting, fake listings, or contact poaching reduce reputation.
- Severe or repeat violations lead to suspension and removal.
