PropMesh is restricted to working real estate professionals. You must be 18+ and authorised to broker properties in your operating city.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may not share your account or impersonate another broker.
Content you post
You retain ownership of the listings, requirements, and messages you post. You grant PropMesh a licence to display, match, and operate on them within the platform.
Acceptable use
- No fake listings, duplicate posts, or misleading information.
- No off-platform poaching of contacts shared in a deal room.
- No spam, harassment, or discriminatory behaviour.
Fees & plans
Free Starter, paid Pro and Premium plans, and add-on credits are billed via our payments partner. Launch pricing applies for founding members.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You may close your account at any time.
Liability
PropMesh provides matching infrastructure between brokers. We are not a party to any deal, and we don't underwrite or guarantee transactions between members.
